The device is pretty simple to use, you place the SwatchMate Cube on top of the color you are attempting to capture whether it’s a wall, table, fruit, plant, etc. It takes that color and converts it into a format which the digital world will be able to understand such as a RGB, HEX, LAB or CMYK. The gadget automatically works with Photoshop to make your life easier.
The SwatchMate Cube connects to all Apple mobile devices that feature Siri and all Android 4.3+ devices that have Bluetooth 4.0. It also connects with all Windows 7+ while Mac support will be available in the near future. The device can be charged via USB. The SwatchMate Cube is available for $179.95.
