The Ooni Karu pizza oven has a ceramic-fiber insulated stainless steel body, patented Flame Keeper technology, and a thick stone baking board. The Ooni Karu features maximum heat retention and optimum airflow. This oven can reach temperatures of up to 932°F/500°C and is ready to use in just 15 minutes. You can easily roll out your day or take out your frozen pizza from its packaging in that time. It takes only 60 seconds to cook your pizza so there’s no need to get impatient. The Ooni Karu is not just meant for pizza but you can also enjoy cooking wood-fired meat, fish and veggies.
The Ooni Karu is ideal for cooking with charcoal or wood or you can use a combination of both. This oven is also compatible with the Ooni gas burner, if you’d rather use propane. Weighing only 26 pounds (12 kg), it’s easily portable and packable. You can simply fold the legs and detach the chimney for quick storage.
