Motorola’s going the iTunes route, & Sony-Ericsson’s determined not to be left behind.
The only way I could really see services like these taking off is if
the phone’s audio-playback capabilities were dramatically better than
they are today.
“Napster Inc. and Telefon AB L.M. Ericsson on Wednesday said they have
teamed up to offer Napster’s online music service to wireless carriers,
a plan that could get a cold reception from the service providers.”
