The HeLi-on can fully charge your smartphone within two to three hours. Your smart device can be charged with the HeLi-on by unrolling the solar panel and charging directly from the sunlight or use the internal battery when the sun is nowhere to be seen. And the internal battery on this little gadget can be charged not only with the solar panel built-in but it can also be charged with a USB charger giving you flexibility.

The HeLi-on measures in at only 11.3 x 3.6 x 2.8 cm and is practically featherweight weighing in at a mere 108 grams. The device features flexible solar cell foil made by infinityPV and are less than 2 micrometer thick and encapsulated in a protective foil on both sides. Total thickness of the solar panel therefore is less than one millimeter. The polymer solar cells found on this device are third generation solar cells and also sometimes referred to as ‘organic solar cells’. The material is carbon based and the entire solar cell is made using renewable and non-toxic materials. The polymer solar cells are ideal for device as they are light weight, shatterproof, flexible, and can be rolled up.
