Apparently we'll be seeing them make their debut at CeBIT. I suppose it makes sense for smaller devices like these. A-Data's thumb drive uses its solar cell to power its LCD capacity display, & MSI is introducing an MP3 player that uses solar power to supplement a rechargable battery.
