Petition to stop ISPs extortion
Written by t-readyroc

In case you hadn't heard about it, ISPs around the country are scheming to come up with a pay-for plan that would charge Google and other sites and services to be able to be accessed at the same speeds as the sites of the ISP's own sites. In other words, if they don't pay, ISPs will intentionally slow down access to those sites or services. Well, there's now a petition circulating to send email to your ISP telling them that you're aware of what they're up to & you won't stand for it. So, while it may not do much in the end, get over to the site & do your part to keep ISPs out of the networks they host.
