802.11n officially approved

802.11n was finally voted into official existence yesterday. The standard will now begin the IEEE ratification process, but I'd expect we'll be seeing products on the shelves by the end of this year.

"Full approval of similar specifications have typically taken about a year, but the progress is unique to each standard and its associated participants."
