WoW's Euro woes

Seems that the WoW update yesterday crashed 27 servers on the other side of the pond, which, to date, are still down. Theo over at the Inq discusses the event, along with the apparent non-existence of Blizzard Europe's tech support department.

"It seems the revenue of around 150 million Euros a quarter from its millions of subscribers is just not enough for the company to start resolving technical issues that are growing as the number of gamers continues to rise."
