An update of Eskil's blog shows that he's now pushed the Opera 8.5 for PPC release back to January of 2006. This browser is greatly anticipated, & will run on both Windows Mobile 2003 & 5.0. It has been in development since Fall of this year, & various circumstances have delayed the release of the Technical Preview (TP).

"Just to keep you in the loop (I know a lot of people are waiting for this!) - Due to urgent customer delivieries we've had to push the public version of Opera 8.5 for Windows Mobile PPC into January. I know - it sucks for us who are waiting for it... But hey: what a great start of the year that will be! :-)"
