Microsoft has re-done it's recent "Security Roll-up 1 for Windows 2000 Service Pack 4." This new, second revision comes on the heels of several problems reported after users installed the first version. I've rolled out the first version, though, to several PCs here with no problems reported, so this may or may not be a worthwhile update for you.

"The revamp to Rollup 1 Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 is a "high-priority" update rather than a security update, Microsoft said Tuesday, when it issued the pack. In its advance notification for Patch Tuesday, the software maker said it would deliver a nonsecurity update but did not provide any further details."
