Tech-savvy Supreme Court nominee?
Written by t-readyroc

Say what you will about the political leanings of the new Supreme Court nominee, Judge John Roberts, but he's at least apparently got somewhat of a grasp on current technology. EETimes is reporting that he was one of the lawyers that represented the states in Microsoft's anti-trust suit back in 2001.

"In 2001, he was one of the lawyers who argued before the appellate court in Microsoft v. United States of America and State of New York, et. al. While officials from the Department of Justice handled the federal government's side, Roberts represented the involved states, which included New York, Minnesota, California, and others."
