The Inq is reporting that the R520 "Fudo" cards will indeed be delayed, but not because of yield problems or other technical difficulties. Rather, they're waiting to get launch day availability, which sounds like a plan to me...

"It seems that the G70 launch made an impression on our neighbours to the north, and ATI is not going to do a paper launch for short term accolades. Instead, it is going to hold off until it can pull the same stunt as Invidia did, availability from day one. If that means it will be a little delayed in launching, so be it."
