Working at your desk for long hours making your wrists achy? You might be on your way to RSI if you're not careful. I know I am... heh. The gang over at PCReview lays down a few guidelines that'll hopefully help you (& me) avoid such injuries.

"If you spend a long time sat at a desk or on a computer it is highly recommended that you take into consideration the potential problems of RSI, and take steps to prevent or combat it. If after reading this you think you could be suffering from symptoms of RSI, see your Doctor."
