Looks like Siemens is officially out of the mobiles market. They've been slinking out of the market slowly over the last several years. Notable exceptions include their very capable SX66 Windows Mobile 2003-based PDA-phone that they debuted last year.

"Siemens, after losing hundreds of millions of dollars in its mobile phone unit during the last year, is basically giving away the troubled division to BenQ in order to stem the flow of red ink."
