Spammer gets 9 years

Jeremy Jaynes, convicted in November for sending mass email advertising using false email addresses, was sentenced to 9 years in prison.
"A man convicted in the nation's first felony prosecution for illegal spamming was sentenced to nine years in prison Friday, but the judge postponed the sentence while the case is appealed."
Some may think this is a rather harsh sentance, but I for one think it's right on.
