It seems that Canadian computerized scheduling systems have no tact.

Moncton Hospital sent out a computer generated letter to a New Brunswick heart patient in need of an electrocardiogram.

Then it ended with the caring and sensitive phrase "If the person named on this computer-generated letter is deceased, please accept our sincere apologies."
