For all you fans of the glitzy and the sparkle that Window$ XP has to offer, Micro$oft has this download for you. The 18MB download has utilities, skins, sound effects, Powertoys and other goodies galore for your tweaking pleasure.

A few potentially useful items I've seen in the download are a utility to export media playlists to M$ Excel, a convertor for MP3 to WMA, a utility that lets you use Winamp skins with Media Player and some additional sound effects, background music and title images for use with Movie Maker.
