Although its not really fair to pit the 8500LE against the more expensive cards , it is after all the second fasted GPU from ATI so why not pit it against the second fastest nVidia GPU (the Ti440).In reality terms though, the Hercules FDX 8500LE is marketed in price against the likes of the Geforce3 Ti 200 range , and the Geforce4 MX 440s and 460s.
