"Windows Server 2003 x64 Editions and Windows XP Professional x64 Edition RC2 code will also be available this evening at 6:00 PM PST tonight. RC2 code for both products will be available for members of the Microsoft technical beta program, while code for Windows XP Professional x64 Edition will also be available to customers via the Customer Preview Program."
