Well, I guess you can now lump poor Novell in with IBM on the list of companies that SCO hates. I mean, we all believe that there's no case here, so the possibility of them having to pay-up is slim, but just the headaches involved in what is sure to be a long process is enough to make ya feel sorry for the Novell guys.

"The suit, filed in Utah's Third District Court in Salt Lake City, accuses Novell of slander and seeks an order that would require Novell to assign to SCO all Unix-related copyrights and to withdraw any statements claiming ownership of Unix."
