| Our friends over at [H]ardOCP offer their opinion and speculation on AMD's silent release of the A64 3000+. This processor kind of caught us all by suprise, coming right before the holidays. It offers consumers a taste of the new AMD processors with 64 bit capability at a very affordable price, averaging about $219. And with the A64 3400+ scheduled for release next month, I'm sure we will see further price drops to the A64 line and perhaps even the flagship Athlon FX-51. | |
