Well, I guess if the patch has already been released, the only people who will be affected by this (if it happens) will be those of you schlubs that don't keep up with patching your b0xen. Two words for those people: Windows Update. If you own/use a Windows machine, there really isn't any excuse not to run that bad boy at least monthly.
