This ranks right up there with the people who sued McDonalds for making them fat... Can you say "Give me a break!" If judges in this country are stupid enough to grant this man anything then I fear the entire court system will fall apart in a rather short time. And the funny thing is, he wants MORE computers out of the lawsuit! Weren't they the problem in the first place????

Timothy Dumouchel of West Bend wants $5,000 or three computers, and a lifetime supply of free Internet service from Charter Communications to settle what he says will be a small claims suit."
