As funny as the SCO stuff is becuase it's so outlandish, it's going to be a long time until the trial in tentatively set for 2005 which leaves lots of time to lament over statements like how "free software is inimical to US copyright and patent laws. [and how] ...the GPL violates the US Constitution, as well as US copyright and patent laws." The Inquirer covers the latest on the issue here. |
