(CNN) ... will you find two companies settle a dispute over access to mobile radio network with an arm-wrestling competition. After the NZ Commerce Commision couldn't solve the dispute and with a court appearance looming, the two sides decided to settle things like real (New Zealand) men do: arm-wrestling. Teamtalk boss David Ware and MCS Digital's chief Allan Cosford squared off. Ware was confident that his size would rule over the accountant's more gravitationally challenged stature, but the accountant won in the end. So, is the battle over? Who knows, but Cosford won two of the three matches.
