Oh THIS is going to be interesting.  Howard Berman, a Hollywood sock puppet, 'er, Democrat from California, has introduced legislation that would allow the RIAA and others to send hackers into your system if they suspect you're distributing copyrighted materials (music, movies, programs, etc.).  Just another piece of f**ked up legislation that will get abused..
