How do you get the RIAA to pay YOU money?

I saw this over at Ars-Technica.com.

It seems that if you purchased a musical recording between Jan. 1, 1995 and Dec.22, 2000, according to this class-action lawsuit the RIAA owes you money. You may file a claim up to $20 by filling out the form on the website.

Everything looks legit and the form is easy. Is this a way for the RIAA to profile you? I'll let you decide. Besides, with $20, you can go out and buy another stack of CD-R's right? Hmmmm...
