In-flight internet service available in April
Friday, 26 March 2004

Now this is something I've been waiting for for a loooooooooooooooooong time. FINALLY!! Those 8hr trans-Atlantic flights will never be so boring again!! Imagine the possibilities... sharing pr0n with your single-serving friend.... ahhh yes... wonderful :)

"For flights longer than six hours, unlimited access to the Internet will cost travelers $29.95. For unlimited access on flights between three and six hours, the service will be $19.95. Access for flights less than three hours will cost $14.95. Travelers also can purchase service on a metered basis: The first 30 minutes will cost $9.95, and every minute after that will cost 25 cents. Airlines might let travelers buy access to the service using their frequent-flyer miles, but that option is still under consideration."
