We've seen beige steels cases come and go. We've seen the aluminum cases, some with anodized paint jobs, come and stick around. We're now even seeing clear acrylic cases come around, although I think that the novelty of being able to see every part, wire and chip will wear off pretty quickly. So what's available for the elite? How about a case which looks good without the techno glitter and bling-bling? PCMods.com has some beautiful cases made with wood veneer over metal that meet the executive tastes of even the most discriminating enthusiast. Heat build-up you may ask? Well, they do point out that these cases are ideal homes for a nice watercooled setup. |
