VIA Technologies, Inc, a leading innovator and developer of silicon chip technologies and PC platform solutions, today announced the new VIA Apollo P4X266E chipset featuring support for latest Intel® Pentium® 4 processors with a 533MHz Front Side Bus.

The VIA Apollo P4X266E is also capable of interfacing with four unique pin-compatible South Bridges, including the new VIA VT8235 with integrated USB 2.0 support, as well as the VIA VT8233A with Ultra ATA/133 support.
