More Google! More Chrome! Holy crap can we get some more Google news here, please! Ugh. This one's a bit interesting, though, because it seems that Ars actually read the fine print & called Google out on Chrome's EULA. Exclusive right to use all of your surfing traffic? Is anyone really surprised at this? A company that makes the majority of its money through advertising makes a web browser... Yeah, even if Google's now back-tracking on the EULA, I think I'll stay skeptical for now. Hexus, on the other hand, is touting the "feature list" of another killer browser. They compare the memory footprint with ASCII bars. Classic. Finally, Lifehacker points out that Chrome's best features can be added to Firefox via extensions. I figured as much. Extensions are, for me, the reason Firefox kicks so much a$$. |
