Zero-day extremely critical Adobe Flash Player flaw surfaces

A zero-day exploit has surfaced for all 9.x versions of Adobe's Flash Player. Adobe's pretty tight-lipped on what the exact error is that allows the exploitation, but I'd assume they're working on it. According to Trend Micro, a simple SQL injection would allow a site to point to a malicious .swf file, resulting in code execution on the target PC. They've also identified a list of the malicious files used to date, along with the domains hosting them.
