| Going green's on everyone's mind these days. Just ask the people in Alaska how much they like paying their power bills lately. Along these lines, there are a couple of sites posting energy efficiency guides if you'd like to conserve while you compute. THG's guide takes you through the various ways to save power, along with their choices of components for a power efficient system. TweakTown's guide does the same thing, then runs their system through the usual benchmarks so you can see how it'd compare to one of those ultra-powerful kilowatt-PSU rigs. |
