Microsoft to buy Logitech?

Both MaxConsole & Kotaku are relaying the story which you can find at Reuters. Logitech's stock is up on the rumor, of course, but does this make sense? Didn't MS just buy Razer? Do they really need to add more to their peripherals line? Adding Logitech's gear wouldn't just be adding a couple of mice & keyboards, either... Of course, neither MS nor Logitech have officially commented.
