Running DDR3 at tight timings at LegitReviews
Written by t-readyroc

The LegitReviews crew has had some good luck running DDR3 kits at tight timings at 1333MHz... and higher. Could the enthusiast market finally move into the DDR3 age? There are only a handful of chipsets that support the new RAM so far... methinks that will be the deciding factor. Good to know that the RAM is maturing nicely, though.

"The days of saying DDR3 memory can't run tight timings are long gone now that memory kits can run 1333MHz with 4-4-4-12 timings with a little extra voltage."
