Explosion in encrypted BitTorrent traffic

So what do you do when your ISP is throttling your BitTorrent traffic? Encrypt it, of course. Looks like the encryption of BitTorrent streams isn't just increasing in the US, & isn't only aimed at avoiding traffic slow-downs, either.

"Figures from a large UK ISP obtained by The Register show that the portion of BitTorrent traffic encrypted by file-sharers has risen 10-fold in the last 12 months, from four to 40 per cent."
