Phoronix has posted the results of a user survey they'd had running about Linux graphics. They got over 10,000 responses, so there's some interesting statistics in there like the fact that the majority still configure their graphics by manually editing the x.org conf, but the margin isn't all that much greater than those using the GUI.

"In less than four days, we received over 10,000 survey submissions! This survey will be going on until November 21, so if you haven't yet participated you still have plenty of time to do so."
