nVidia to release AGP bridge chip for GeForce8 series

AGP owners rejoice: you just might be able to squeeze a bit more life out of that mobo. It sounds like this new bridge chip will be geared towards the mainstream cards, though.

"A new version, A05, will work with current GeForce 8600 (G86) and 8400 (G84) GPUs and well as the upcoming G92 and G98, noted the sources."
