So are they or aren't they? There are definitely stories circulating the web that Comcast is throttling BitTorrent seeds. But then yesterday, Comcast officially denied actively filtering their traffic based on applications. They did, however, say they cut off customers for "using too much bandwidth," but hey, we've known about that for quite some time now. Unless they're suddenly mandating some miniscule upstream cap...

If it ain't Comcast, then somethin' fishy is definitely going on.... Either way, it doesn't bode well for Comcast customers, such as myself. I'd ditch 'em, but I literally have no other choice for broadband.
