IGN's Bioshock line-jumpers served legal notice

Apparently some of the people who use IGN's Direct2Drive were able to "jump ahead in line" & grab Bioshock before its official release last night. IGN caught on, & deleted the streams... but that's not all. Anyone who was lucky enough to actually get the full download before IGN fixed their mistake got a nasty email from IGN's lawyers. They want written statements saying that you'll delete the game. Hit the link for the full text of the email.
