Neither the article nor the linked press release say much of anything about what exactly makes up G3MX. Is it serial-ization of the memory like FB-DIMMs? Guess we'll find out soon enough; either way, though, AMDs come up with a way to increase the amount of system memory that can be put on a board, & that's something the server folks will like.
