Just saw this bit of news posted over at BluesNews. There certainly haven't been very many of the larger companies to make this sort of attempt save for id, who've published several of their titles, including the upcoming ET:QW, for the Mac. EA already have quite a reputation for buggy software; I can't imagine that this venture's going to go super-smoothly. I think I'll reserve my thoughts for the cross-platform benchmarks, thankyouverymuch.

UPDATE: OSNews is reporting that the new EA games won't be native ports, but will run on TransGaming's Cider engine.  So much for that one...
