The Big Bears are giving away one of Ultra's new peltier coolers, the ChillTec. One lucky reader will walk away with one of these monsters, but this isn't just a simple "throw-you-name-in-the-hat" contest. The Bears want some Photo-choppin' skillz on display for this one. The hilarious part is that the photos are of none other than Dubya himself. Sweet.
