PCApex announces monthly FrozenCPU giveaways

The PCApex crew have partnered with FrozenCPU to start a monthly giveaway. I've always liked FrozenCPU, even though they're a bit pricey. The details are still being worked out, but it sounds like it's going to be a photo submission thing at first, with the winner getting at least a $30 gift certificate.
