DailyTech's laid out all of the details surrounding the shots of the QWERTY controller for the 360 that floated around this weekend. MS has made an official announcement: Windows Live Messenger will be coming to the 360 in an update scheduled for next month.

"While the QWERTY keypad attachment won’t be released until summer, Microsoft will officially support USB keyboards plugged into the Xbox 360 for the purpose of text chat. USB keyboards were previously unofficially supported for the purpose of sending messages and filling forms on Xbox Live."
