Is it just me or does anyone else think that the "oopsie" defense isn't quite going to cut it in this case? If you work at Best Buy, they actually ask you during the interview/application process about how "tech-savvy" you are. You mean to tell me that these people repeatedly didn't realize they were going to the intranet site instead of the internet site? Seriously....
