Canon's SED legal troubles are over

See, I knew they'd figure something out. I dunno how much they paid for the buyout, but it must've been a lucrative enough contract to Toshiba to not only give up their share in the whole deal, but lose a top-level executive as well. Either way, it takes care of the legal troubles that Canon had been facing with Applied Nanotech.

"SED TVs are to be introduced in Japan in the fourth quarter of 2007 as originally scheduled, although Canon will reassess its future mass-production plans for SED panels."
