Safari for Windows?

Apparently, deep within the bowels of the Mozilla foundation's wiki about its future plans for Firefox, there are a few lines that point out that they believe it's going to happen. Would it really boost Safari's user base in a market with a hugely dominant player (IE) followed by several smaller browsers, historically relegated to nipping at IE's heels? Not to mention that there are already so many very highly polished alternatives available. If they do tie it directly to ITMS, I could see that being a huge factor in its adoption...
