The Inq's got a quick look at some upcoming RAM from OCZ that actually integrates a water cooler. Using the water cooler isn't necessary, however, unless you want to run your RAM at 1150MHz ;-)

"The new memory features OCZ FlexXLC that can cool the memory better and will dissipate the heat more efficiently, via a hybrid copper and aluminium design. The new memory can be cooled passively by air or by water."
