Page 1 of 2 Today we're taking a look at the Hybrid, from the guys at XTracPads. The Hybrid is unique because it combines the responsiveness of a hard mouse pad with the cushion & grip of a cloth/rubber pad. Can it really successfully fill both roles?
Here are the stats, from the XTracPads website:
- 10" x 16" x 3/16" (254mm x 406mm x 4.77mm)
- Sure Grip rubber backing
- Hybrid mousing surface

The Hybrid also comes with a glow-in-the-dark decal, and 12 individual Mad Dotz, which are XTrac's proprietary teflon mouse feet tape. I used the following mice during my evaluation:
- Benq Wireless Optical M306
- Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse 4000
- Kensington Pilotmouse Optical Pro
